Studying Shiatsu...
Introductory... There are many ways to start learning Shiatsu, and even more directions to go once you've picked up the basics.
There are variations of style, methodology, teaching and personality behind each school and course.
What is important is that
when you study, you enjoy the
experience.
The theory can be a challenge, but where is the fun in being gifted knowledge?

Advanced... This year I still aim to run a weekend of technique atome stage. Trying to give the third year students, graduates and practitioners a taste of the style that I practice. Techniques that have not been taught as much recently, that I still use. Combined with my own little take on merging the work of Kishi into shiatsu as I know it. There will be no heady theory, just practical bodywork, my speciality.
