Shiatsu title

The Treatment...
Treatment normally takes place on a futon or mat.
The recipient is always clothed, in loose comfortable clothing, .e.g. tracksuit/jogging pants & T-shirt.  It is also a good idea not to wear make up or strong perfume.

Ear Candling is also offered and done with precision.

The Shiatsu Therapist...

Eleanor, graduate of the Glasgow School of Shiatsu. Studying and practising Shiatsu since 2000, Eleanor has trained with several established teachers, in both the Edinburgh and Glasgow Schools.

Eleanor’s supportive and nurturing approach to Shiatsu is influenced by 6 years work with meditation and raja yoga. Combined with dynamic physical release and relaxation, she offers Shiatsu as a means of self awareness and balance.

As well as practising from Napiers, she has worked with Shiatsu in state-funded community health projects, and as a teaching assistant in undergraduate courses.
